Mr. Moore was correct. The problem has been resolved. You should also note that the story has come full circle. It started with a question about a phone call and ended with the phone call. That was not an accident. And it also ended with a “happily ever after”. Your writing should always end with a “happily ever after”. Otherwise, you’re simply morbid.
